Last week, I had tagged along with a friend to look at his new apartment in La Cresta, Sopanbaug. He had booked it just a few weeks back, so I was under the impression that the site would be all cement and sand. But I was surprised to see that the building was completed. That’s when he said that it was a ready possession flat. How convenient, I thought!! As we walked into to his flat, on the 6th floor, a beautiful view of the empress garden took my breath away. His home was surrounded by clean air and lovely gardens. Plans to buy a house was there at the back of my mind for quite some time.
