    Hello Rani,

I've tried your homemade Cheese Pizza Recipe and it taste so yummy. Here is also in my recipe for a homemade cheese pizza. Try this one and hope you like it.

    Ingredients

1 Ready-made pizza crust (like Pillsbury)

1 28 oz Can tomato puree

    1 Large clove garlic, minced

    1 Bay leaf

    1 tsp Dried oregano

    1 tsp Basil

    2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese

    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
    Preparation

Mix tomato puree, garlic and herbs in saucepan. Bring almost to boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Spread sauce on pre-made crust. (You probably won't use it all. Freeze the rest for next time.) Sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake at 500 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

    White Pizza:

Pesto: Puree in a food processor (Adjust oil if thinner pesto is desired)
    6 Tablespoons olive oil
2/3 Cup packed, fresh basil leaves
    3 Tablespoons pine nuts
    4 Cloves garlic/minced

Cheese: Combine in a large mixing bowl
1 Cup Whole Milk Ricotta cheese
½ Cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    ½ Cup cheddar cheese
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    Mozarella Cheese – 1 l/2 cup grated
    Preheat Oven 450 degrees
Line a pizza pan with a round of commercial pizza dough. Using the back of a tablespoon, spread the pesto on the pizza dough. Top with teaspoons of the cheese mixture. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted but not brown.
Optional – Add: 1 Cup, seeded and chopped, tomatoes marinated in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Add to pizza and bake an additional 1-2 minutes.

Pizza is one of my favorite foods. Too bad I can't make one because I don't have an oven at home.

I just love cheese pizza with garlic flavor.
I think in the above recipe you should use Mozilla cheese rather than cheese cubes, it will taste much better .
    Try this.
